Her belief in utilizing local farmers and supporting local businesses has helped Zero-Point Organics grow in fantastic ways. We would not be where we are without the support of chefs like Thelma Portillo. Not only have we supplied microgreens to the Wheel Kitchen, but both James and Chef Conor have enjoyed the menu for breakfast and lunch on several occasions!
